SERVICE & PARTS SPECIALS

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for customer cars from beginning to end of service or repair.
  • Work in accordance with our highest standards of performance and efficiency.
  • Promptly identify the cause of malfunctions and fix them as requested.
  • Use effective communication with service advisors and the Parts Department to identify and obtain necessary parts.
  • Save parts as requested by the customer or as needed for warranty, and tag parts as needed.
  • Keep service advisor up-to-date on any changes in work, including delays, more repairs needed, or repairs not being needed.
  • Follow best practices of documentation for your work.
  • Ensure complaints are resolved through road tests.
  • Assist and participate in quality checks.
  • Be present for all pieces of training.
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins.
  • Learn, understand, and follow all safety and housekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Stay in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing the service and repair industry.
  • Keep customers’ vehicles clean.
