“ *DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT* CHECK THAT THE WORK YOU PAID FOR WAS ACTUALLY DONE* I have been using them for years and they have always had questionable actions but I didn’t have proof till recently and will NEVER go back. 1) A year ago I had a service done and a head light replaced. Everything was marked green and good to go. The headlight went out two weeks after. When I took it back they said the entire light needs replaced which I didn’t know how that wasn’t assessed during initial inspection and oil change if they’re looking at stuff because the light was out then. They wanted about $900 to replace the whole headlight. 2) Now let’s discuss this year, I took the car for an oil change and they came back with $8000 worth of work needing to be done. They said I had all these issues needing IMMEDIATE service and that my tires were dry rot. I don’t understand how my car went from being green and good to go last year to needing struts, control arms, tires, and brakes replaced. I declined the work to get a second opinion but still had my oil change done. After I paid I caught them charging me for an alignment that was never done. I had to call four times leaving my info and getting transferred to voicemails to get the charge reversed and the man never even apologized. He said it was my fault basically because I scheduled online and it was auto-selected. Like they do not check their work, they lie about what is done, and they don’t actually do their job and assess the vehicle. Do NOT get service done here. I’ve never dealt with such a shady service department. They will SCAM you. ”
“ Don't use this dealership. Rescheduled a complete work afternoon to bring the car in for a recall which they refused to do once I arrived. They claimed that they had told me in advance that the gas tank had to be almost empty. They had not said that in advance and they did not apologize. They seemed to enjoy telling me it was my fault and not theirs. I will not go back to this dealership anymore. ”
“ Don’t recommend for service or auto body work. I brought my car in after a towing-related bumper repair and had ongoing issues with a crooked steering wheel and poor fit and finish. trim pieces and headlight not properly installed. I returned multiple times to have it corrected, but the issues were never properly resolved. At this point, I’ve had to bring my car to another dealer to fix what should have been handled correctly the first time. I specifically chose a VW of Boston expecting OEM-level quality, but that was not my experience. I’ve now spent over $1,000 out of pocket to correct the work, in addition to the time and inconvenience of repeated visits. If you value your time and want the job done right the first time, I would look elsewhere. ”
