He tells me all the sales people are wonderful, and I get the sense he is right. This is a good place. These are great cars and the ones on the lot are well-cared for: most of the used cars were leased through the dealership and got serviced there, so buy one of these used cars, and you have the service records too. I got a two year, 24,000 mile warranty with my "new" 2015 Tiguan and I couldn't be happier. The price on line, especially when they have dropped the price, is "the price" - not much room to haggle - but the price is really competitive, so that keeps it simple. The service was great and I look forward to maintaining my little gem through Boston VW for years to come.

From the moment we arrived at the dealership to test drive a particular vehicle we were treated with respect. The car we wanted to see was ready and waiting for us. Our salesperson Ron was courteous and prompt. Overall a great experience. The Finance manager is right to the point, extremely effecient and effective.

I had the most easiest sales process at boston VW I traded my car got a great value for it and bought a new Tiguan and my sales person never made me feel like I was making a bad decision it was my first time in and it was worth it.

Came into Boston Volkswagen looking for a new lease and had the best experience anyone could ask for. Ended up getting a top of the line brand new Jetta for significantly less than I was paying for a previously leased Jetta all because of Neil and their staff. They were extremely flexible, friendly, and did whatever they needed to do to make sure I got the car I wanted at a really good price. Would highly recommend anyone interested in getting a new Volkswagen to go see Neil.

Had a miserable experience at another dealership. This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. Ray in sales was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and moreover was honest and helpful in getting me the best deal he could. He walked me through each step of the process and how everything would work. On the finance end, Al was also great in helping work with my bank to get everything set up and squared away, especially when the bank dropped the ball. When I picked up my car, Ray again spent about 45 minutes going over all the features and how everything worked, and helped set up my first service appointment. In all, an extremely pleasant experience and I'd recommend going here for a straightforward and friendly car purchase!!
