VW CC Named TOP SAFETY PICK by IIHS

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has recently tested the safety of eight mid-size to large sedans. After putting the vehicle's passenger protection in a series of front, side, rear, and rollover crashes, the IIHS bestowed their highest safety award, IIHS TOP SAFETY PICK, to only two.
